Chris McD's

Chris McDonnel has spent the last 21 years of his life as a chef. He received his degree in 1986 from the Culinary Institute of America in New York City. He has been a chef at the Peabody Hotel in Memphis TN, Hotel National in Switzerland, Wingwam Hotel in Phoenix and Lodge Koele in Lianai, Hawaii. With the inception of Chris McD's restaurant in 1991 Chris became head chef and part owner. He has brought a wide variety of creative cuisine to the restaurant. His steaks, pastas and seafood dishes are vibrant, full of flavor and the highest quality. Our restaurant is stylish but intimate. We are very proud to be locally owned and an important part of Columbia's community of restaurants.
